Exciting opportunity in downtown Davenport, Iowa! Hotel Blackhawk, a full service Marriott Autograph Collection luxury hotel, is looking for an experienced Barista to join our team! We are looking for a candidate that shares our company values of passion, humility and perseverance.
As a Barista in our Rise coffee shop, you will greet guests, prepare drinks and food, clean and restock while adhering to food safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Experience as a Barista
- Experience with brewing equipment
- Ability to work early morning hours until mid day with availability on weekends and holidays
- Great communication skills
- Sanitation knowledge
- Must be able to pass a background check

The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle, or feel objects, or use telephone. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and or smell. The employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to stand on feet for 8 hours.
