Refuel Cafe is a casual, upbeat, warm & inviting coffee shop where patrons can come to refuel, whether that be with their favorite espresso, coffee or tea, fine pastries, our popular breakfast sandwiches or paninis, a glass of wine and more. We strive to offer high quality, small batch items that may not be found anywhere else. We offer competitive pay, day shift (closing shift ends at 8pm at latest in summer), a consistent schedule with regular shifts, so you can plan your life!

We are looking for a barista who can help us successfully grow our cafe by bringing quality drinks and food to Renton with the best of service. Successful candidate will have at least 1 year of customer experience, 6 months barista experience and will be at least 21 years of age. We are offering part-time about 20-25 hours/week at this time.

We are seeking a very customer service & community oriented individual who has excellent communication skills and can follow directions work with the public and has the ability to prep and serve food, clean and more. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Providing outstanding customer service in assisting customers,
• Quickly and expertly making espresso drinks to order and other beverages,
• Preparing, warming and serving food items,
• Cleaning the cafe and more.

Our goal is to create a community of repeat customers who feel welcome and enjoy the food and drinks we create especially for them. Pay starts at $17/hr plus tips after training (avg $22-$24.50/hr).

You must be available for the weekends & opening or closing shifts.
