Job Summary: The Barista is responsible for the operation of the hospital coffee shop called brü, which serves employees and guests on a daily basis. The position involves making coffee, drinks, some food preparation, serving and replenishing of food items, wares and supplies, making change with money by using a cash register, hospitality and sanitation duties. Performs other food service duties as assigned by the Shift Leader, Supervisor, or Director of Food & Nutrition Services.
