Situated courtside in Cream City’s dynamic hub of sports, culture, and entertainment, The Trade offers 207 luxurious rooms and suites plus destination dining with a rooftop restaurant and lounge boasting stunning city views.

How do I make an impact on my team?
The Barista attends to and provides exceptional service to guests while they dine preparing and
serving beverages for guests.
- Welcomes and acknowledges all guests as they arrive for breakfast and/or dinner
- Prepares and serves beverages for guests such as coffee drinks, cocktails, wine, and beer
- Takes orders from guests, inputs orders into Point Of Sale system, obtains payment and provides change
- Assists in preparing, cooking, and garnishing food according to recipes, quality standards, and food preparation checklist
- Completes opening and closing duties, sets up, stocks, and maintains work areas to be clean, neat, and sanitized
What does success look like in this role?
- Six or more months of restaurant/server experience
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Bartender-Server License
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
