THE JOB:

As a Barista, you will be responsible for setting the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

STARTING RATE: $14.367 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Take, place, garnish and serve food and drinks accurately and efficiently.

• Collect payments while adhering to proper cash handling procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and the appearance of the front and back of house.

• Clear tables and counters, and sweep dining areas without disrupting guests.

• Pack orders per guest preferences, including necessary condiments.

• Properly label and date products following safety and sanitation procedures

• Preform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment.

• Unload warehouse orders stocking in designated storage areas, replenishing products as needed in the workstation, counters, tables, etc.

• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management.

• Notify supervisor and/or security of all unusual event, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.

• Preform other job-related duties as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• One (1) year food handling experience in a similar resort setting.

• One (1) year customer service experience.

• Experience working as a barista.
