Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Set up and prepare work area for daily operations.
• Welcome guests in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Verify guests' age before serving alcoholic beverages in compliance with state law.
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, specialty coffee drinks, cocktails, and more.
• Describe product details to customers, answer questions, and suggest menu items.
• Serve prepared foods and baked goods.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and process customer payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas.
• Clean and sanitize service and seating areas.
• Ensure proper functioning of equipment by routinely checking temperatures.
• Stock supplies or retail products as needed.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with management, team members, and guests.
• Embrace company culture initiatives including O’Reach and Green Team.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years old.
• Prior bartending or barista experience preferred, but not required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Hospitality customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Successful completion of training in food preparation, food service skills, and customer service procedures.
