We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Barback. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders and ensuring the smooth operation of our bar. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting bartenders by providing them with necessary supplies and ingredients, maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar, and restocking inventory as needed. The ideal candidate will be proactive, attentive to detail, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders by preparing and garnishing ingredients for drinks.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Restock bar inventory, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies.
• Dispose of empty bottles, cans, and trash in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Monitor and replenish ice supply throughout shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to bartender and guest requests.
• Collaborate with bartenders and other staff members to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a barback or similar role preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
