Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Busser/Barback to join our team at Maurice Car'rie Winery / Ultimate Vineyards. As a crucial member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient dining and bar area, supporting our servers and bartenders in delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Busser Duties:
• Clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently.
• Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the public areas.
• Refilling water stations and providing additional service utensils as needed.
• Collaborating with wine servers to ensure smooth service flow.
• Barback Duties:
• Assisting bartenders in setting up and closing down the bar area.
• Restocking wines, beverages, bar supplies, including glassware, napkins, straws, etc.
• General Support:
• Providing assistance to other staff members as needed during peak periods.
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure seamless coordination.
• Adhering to all safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling of glassware and cleaning chemicals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
