The Red Door is seeking a motivated energetic person for a Bar Assistant/Food Prep position. Experience is helpful but not required. We can train the right candidate. Position is Friday and Saturday evenings

Responsibilities:

- Prepare appetizers while maintaining a clean and organized bar and food prep area
- Collaborate with bar staff to stock bar

- Collaborate with bar staff to coordinate food and drink orders

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

- Check identification to verify legal drinking age

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or similar establishment is appreciated but not required.
- Knowledge of food service and preparation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
