We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bakery Clerk. As a Bakery Clerk, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery department. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting bakery products and provide product recommendations
- Package, label, and display bakery items in an appealing manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery department
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure product quality and freshness
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking bakery supplies
- Collaborate with the bakery team to fulfill special orders and meet production goals
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food service or bakery setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
