A job at Dish It Out offers a wide variety of responsibilities and duties.

You will:
-Work with customers to help them create their own designs on our pre-made pottery.
-Learn to glaze pottery and load and unload a kiln.
-Manage children's birthday parties, adult parties, and corporate team-building parties.
-Write-up invoices, check out customers, clean (it can get messy here) and participate in off-site pottery painting events as needed.
-Wrap, bag, and call customers when their orders are complete.
-Open and close the stores.

Skills / Industry Qualifications Required:

-Must have a pleasant personality and be good with children.
-Knowledge of art, specifically pottery painting/ceramics preferred.
-Kiln loading and glazing pottery experience strongly preferred
-Must be computer literate.
-Must be able to work a varied retail schedule and available evenings and weekends, particularly Sunday.

In addition to their hourly wages our studio associates often receive tips.
Those with a talent for painting are sometimes called upon to do custom work for customers who want something special but don't feel they can do it themselves.
