We have launched a door to door channel in Minneapolis and are going to leverage our established solar sales org to help this new team hit the ground running! As an Appointment Setter, you will be a critical member of the pack. Earning customer loyalty and trust begins with your energy and talent. Primary Responsibilities

• Personally set appointments by overcoming objections
• Coordinate scheduling with the local Area Closing Manager and closing team
• Ensure weekly goals are consistently met
• Attend trainings and work to develop skills through tailored coaching
• Demonstrate extreme ownership over your assigned knocking area/territories
• Contribute to creating a positive and successful team culture

Qualifications

• Working nights and Saturdays is a must
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers is a must
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude in all situations is a must
• Previous sales experience is a must... various sales backgrounds will be considered
• Outside Sales experience is a plus
• Door-to-door sales experience is a plus
• Previous fundraising or B2C experience is a plus
• Proficiency with canvassing software or database/lead management is a plus

Example of a typical week in the life of an Appointment Setter

• Meetings/Training
  • Monday & Thursday: 1pm - 2pm
• Field Work (In an assigned territory)
  • Monday - Friday: 2pm - 8pm
  • Saturday: 9am - 3pm
