JOB DESCRIPTION

The appointment setter / scheduler assistant will provide support to all sales and client relationship activities in offering the coaching and mentorship services to interested parties, but not mentioning the prices. This position offers part-time availability, allowing for a flexible work schedule of 25-30 hours per week. This is a 1099 opportunity; but the selected individual it’s required to work anytime within the hours of 9am to 6pm EST. This flexibility empowers them to optimize their productivity and tailor their work hours to suit their preferences and lifestyle.

The individual selected for this position will engage with customers who have previously indicated interest through a purchase, webinar registration, or other sales funnels. Their primary responsibility will involve cultivating these relationships to introduce supplementary products and services, thereby advancing the customer journey. Additionally, they will schedule appointments for upselling opportunities and additional offerings.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required)
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional follow up skills in the sales process
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills required - with the ability to build credibility and rapport quickly.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills - ability to learn a system and apply it to the sales process.
  • Knowledge of CRM and client management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and client follows up
  • Self-starter that can work independently and is team committed
  • Must be willing to make outbound sales calls to warm leads
  • Ability to accommodate occasional travel requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a robust and cohesive client relations program, designed to clearly communicate with our community, drive awareness, and build long-term brand and increase sales
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers and lead client outreach programs.
  • Make 70 minimum outbound calls daily from the existing database of warm leads
  • Learn the services and what is offered inside of the different coaching programs
  • Develop scripts (if needed), talking points, presentations, and other communications strategies and materials that clearly illustrate the benefit to customers
  • Handle day-to-day inquiries from customers
  • Maintains and develops a positive public image for the organization
  • Support relationship manager in scheduling between 14-16 qualify calls per week
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $2,100.00 per month
