Job Description:
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Appliance Delivery Personnel. As part of our delivery team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering and installing appliances to our customers' homes or businesses.

Responsibilities:
1. Deliver a variety of appliances including stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and more to customers' locations in a timely and professional manner. Company vehicle and trailer will be provided.
2. Safely load and unload appliances onto delivery trucks/trailers using proper equipment such as an appliance dolly, and paying attention to techniques to prevent damage.
3. Ensure all delivered appliances are properly installed and functioning correctly according to manufacturer guidelines.
4. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including answering any questions customers may have and addressing any concerns.
5. Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
6. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of delivery vehicles as needed.
7. Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
8. Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate delivery schedules and address any issues that may arise.
9. Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including organizing inventory and preparing appliances for delivery.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license.
- Previous experience in moving/delivery or related field NOT necessary, but highly valued.
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy appliances, sometimes up stairs or in tight spaces.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed. A particular schedule can be arranged.
- Familiarity with basic tools and equipment used for appliance installation preferred.
