DESCRIPTION
A Service Technician is required to diligently execute the AppleCare service program and all duties described below. The position emphasizes skills in the areas of service, repair, diagnostics, operations and sales/customer service in a retail service environment. The Service Technician position is a critical role in the company, and requires a well-rounded and determined individual that will take part in the growth of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to Service Department:
- Deliver thorough and timely troubleshooting, diagnostics and repair for Apple computers and products.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators culminating into your AppleCare Service Excellence score (ACSE) for both iOS and Mac.
- Deliver a culture around Customer Satisfaction that meets Apple’s and the company’s expectations.
- Will be expected to execute many roles including device diagnostics, service/repair and operations to ensure overall success.
Enhance the Customer Experience:
- Deliver a culture where all store employees utilize the Apple Customer Experience (ACE) to provide a world-class experience.
- Complete all training to be current on all required service certifications as outlined by Apple.
- Provide timely and consistent communication to customers through the entire repair process.
Maintain Service Operations:
- Perform weekly cycle counts of service inventory and consignment parts.
- Receive daily shipments in a timely manner and manage outstanding customer repairs.
- Ensure service shop opening/closing routines are executed daily.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years’ experience in a retail service or similar environment
- Basic computer skills
- Computer repair experience preferred
- Proficient with MacOS, iOS and Apple developed applications

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
