Council for Airport Opportunity (CAO) is a non-profit organization that supports the airport community with its talent acquisition needs. The Airport Customer Experience Specialist (On-Call) will work onsite at JFK Airport.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Proactively meet and greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner
• Repetitively make announcements loudly and clearly
• Be able to disseminate information accurately in a fast-changing environment while maintaining a calm posture
• Ability to stand for 4 - 8 hours and work in adverse weather conditions
• Be able to work flexible hours and be able to respond on short notice

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Must be reliable and available to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays
