- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary team to provide care to children, adolescents and adults with pain in the inpatient setting.
- Developing, recommending and implementing internal standards, policies and procedures to improve quality and cost‑effectiveness of patient care.
- Participating in hospital, departmental and multidisciplinary programs, committees and special projects.
- 12 hour shifts Day/night rotating with every 4th weekend.
To qualify, you must have:
- An MSN and Massachusetts license as Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a pediatric setting, ideally with a pediatric intensive care background.
- Meticulous attention to detail; strong verbal and written communication skills, and superb collaborative skills
