Summary:
The Graduate Admissions Caller is responsible to complete a variety of administrative projects designed to support student enrollment and retention. Serving as a member of the admission team, this individual is asked to participate in all admissions staff planning and events.
Responsibilities:
- Advises students and families regarding educational opportunities and options, admission and other requirements, policies and procedures.
- Assists with programs, special projects and events, and other initiatives geared to recruiting students within targeted populations and facilitating admission into the Graduate programs at Trinity International University.
- Assists with outreach programs, events, and activities for recruitment and enrollment of students from targeted communities.
- Assists with creating and distributing a range of resource and promotional materials designed for the recruitment and retention of students in targeted groups.
- Works with leadership to enhance retention efforts.
- Maintains communication via telephone, correspondence, and/or electronic mail with prospective students through all stages of the recruitment, admission and enrollment process.
- Keep accurate records of recruiting activities and contacts.
- Assist with other student service projects and events as requested.
- Achieves aggressive monthly communication goals.
Qualifications:
- Supportive of Trinity’s mission and core values, commitment to a Christian lifestyle, and demonstration of character in keeping with biblical models
- Excellent written, verbal, customer service, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills, including a strong working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Ability to initiate projects and work independently

Work Schedule:
This is an hourly part-time position, requiring regular Monday through Friday office hours to be set by Supervisor.
