MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ONLINE QUICKBOOKS (BOOKKEEPING, ACCOUNTING AND BILINGUAL ALONG WITH SOME MARKETING BACKGROUND)

We work with Commercial and residential Pools, repairs, leaks, pool remodeling and renovations. Our office is looking for a strong driven individual that will assist in repairing, organizing to help support the company's future growth and sustainability.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible for providing a variety of administrative functions such as but not limited to:

We are looking to organize out main office infrastructure to accommodate today's online cloud system.

-Creating Estimates-Invoice processing and collections Posses good organizational skills
-Clerical duties such as entering and deleting data
-QUICKBOOKS and filing. Credit Card and Bank reconciliation
-Answering inbound calls scanning

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

At least 5 years experience in similar roles
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, Excel, Outlook, **QuickBooks Online (A MUST)**
Excellent verbal command of English and Spanish
Customer service skills
Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high pressure situations
Must be able work independently without supervision and handle multiple tasks efficiently

**$18.00 -$21.00 Hr. Depending on experience.

EDUCATION:
Required: AA in Business management, or relative course work.
