Qualifications include:
General Office Management - building, implementing, and managing all systems for clients, database management and back office support to improve productivity.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Must be a team player
● Exceptional organizational/project management skills to multi-task and be deadline driven
● Technology savvy; able to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
● Participate in training sessions to improve skills
● Must be proficient with Google applications and management tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, Google Drive
● Knowledge of social media platforms and Canva
● Knowledge of marketing/creative design a plus
● Real estate license is required
Client Care – Act as a liaison between clients and team members throughout the transaction, as needed.
● Professional phone skills with a pleasant, cheerful attitude when communicating with all clients, professionals and vendors
● Manage a large amount of customer data and relationships
● Provide clients with exceptional service, problem solve when needed and handle details with precision and accuracy
Transaction Coordination - Functions as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, escrow companies and mortgage brokers during the entire process of a real estate sale. Responsible for processing all contract documents from the point of acceptance through closing and post-closing. This position also includes creating timelines of all of the important dates, as well as monitoring the transaction to ensure that timelines are met.
Responsibilities:
Create marketing material to promote listings, closings etc. for print, email and social media outlets. purchasing signs, promotional material, business cards, etc.
● Provide coverage to team leader
● Social media management/marketing - develop SOP’s for all social media channels and create/manage social media posts, blogs, and email blasts
● Set appointments, schedule inspections, write contracts
● Verify all disclosures have been sent within the required amount of time
● Enter all necessary documents into the closing system
● Oversee the entire real estate transaction process, including processing sales and keeping appropriate transaction documentation
● Provides assistance to the sales agents to complete all escrow related documentation
● Manage the administrative side of the Listing/Sale Process from Pre-Listing to Contract
● Call database
● Implement and improve all systems for the Listing and Closing process
● Work closely with agents - handle all administrative tasks to ensure agents focus is primarily on sales
● Maintain database, assist with any planned client events
● Develop and Maintain an operations manual/websites/videos that document all listing and closing systems and standards
● Create and dispense status reports as requested for the team to monitor progress

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
