Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Maintain and update office records and databases
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Coordinate meetings and conferences
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
