Job Description

Ottauquechee Health Foundation (OHF) currently seeking an enthusiastic part-time Administrative Assistant to join the team. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Director and Grants Coordinator to manage administrative tasks.

In this position, you will be located in our office in Woodstock, VT and occasionally able to work remotely. The part-time schedule is for 10 hours a week and more depending on workload. Your main responsibilities will include providing support to grant applicants, coordinating with the Grants Coordinator, maintaining accurate records, and educating stakeholders about our grant processes. Additionally, you will handle various office duties such as answering phones, managing mail and correspondence, data entry, scheduling meetings, and organizing errands.

The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of office experience, proficiency in scheduling appointments and Zoom meetings, and a high skill level in computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks. Compensation is $18-$20 per hour DOE.
