Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in office management and possess strong organizational skills. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values teamwork and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the fabrication shop
- Assist in daily office needs and manage general administrative activities
- Perform data entry, maintain files, and organize documents
- Coordinate projects and support project management activities
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity

Experience:

The ideal candidate should have experience or skills in the following areas:

- Previous experience in fabrication/construction or related field is a plus
- Proficient in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping

- Proficient in MAC, and Apple systems
- Ability to coordinate projects and tasks effectively
- Experience in an office management role is beneficial
- Strong filing and organizational skills
