Job Summary:
· Assist office activities to ensure maximum efficiency
· Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
· Establish procedures for conference room scheduling
· Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
· Review and approve office supply acquisitions
· Monitor and maintain office supply equipment
· Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
· Provide information to callers
· Greet persons entering organization
· Direct persons to correct destination
· Deal with inquiries from the public and customers
· General administrative and clerical support
· Prepare letters and documents
· Receive and sort mail and deliveries
· Tidy and maintain the reception area
· Tidy and maintain the kitchen area
· Assist construction staff and administrators when needed
· Maintaining company and customer records
· Help management create presentation packages and memos or reports for distribution
· Creating labels, files, memos, reports, presentations, etc. as needed by office personnel.
· Assist sales and purchasing departments with organization and document creation.
· Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
