Part-time Administrative Assistant’s primary responsibilities will include:
1. Processing Invoices: Accurately prepare and send invoices to clients.
2. Payment Tracking: Monitor and record incoming payments.
3. Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
4. Customer Communication: Address client inquiries and resolve billing issues.
Skills required:
1. Organization
2. Some QuickBooks experience is helpful
3. Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
4. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
