You will be an essential member of our team as an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper with QuickBooks experience, handling both effective bookkeeping duties and administrative support. This role requires excellent attention to detail, a strong grasp of QuickBooks, and the capacity to successfully handle several tasks at once.
Responsibilities
-Using QuickBooks, keep accurate records of all your accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
-Generate and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation.
-Oversee physical and digital filing systems to maintain record accessibility and structure.
-Manage a variety of administrative tasks by entering accurate data into spreadsheets or databases;
-Provide ad hoc assistance to team members and contribute to smooth office operations.
Qualifications
-Preferred High school diploma or equivalent; an associate, freshman or sophomore student in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
-Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
-Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities;
-Ability to maintain confidentiality;
-Can work autonomously;
-A positive and professional attitude.
