This position will start out as an assistant to the administration office and will take on the duties as listed below. For the right person, he/she can be trained in all additional office functions to serve as a back-up for payroll, A/P, A/R and will be able to take on full-time hours with excellent benefits.
- Initial Duties:
- - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries- Manage calendars, schedule appointments- Perform data entry, maintain databases, and file records- Order office supplies and maintain inventory- Assist with payroll, expenses, and assist with computer issues.- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing.
- Experience
- - Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Familiarity with DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms is a plus.
- The ideal candidate for this position should be highly organized, detail-oriented.able to assit others with computer issues. The candidate should be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite for creating documents and spreadsheets.
