Pay Rate- $13.50 per hour- only on weekend and will alone on Sundays

POSITION PURPOSE:
The ADCA is responsible for welcoming and assisting all donors and customers, providing world class customer service. This position is additionally responsible for facility security and maintenance, breakdown of donations, following all process flows outlined in Goodwill’s One Touch guidelines, maintenance of accurate donor records and safe load and offload of trucks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
1. Ensures 100% donor and customer satisfaction by providing world class customer service. Creates a work environment for prompt, friendly, and courteous donor activities, providing 100% donor delight.

2. Work cooperatively with all consumers, community groups, co-workers, and departments to promote the achievement of the company mission.

3. Greets donors in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner within 5 seconds; unloads donations from vehicles, offers tax receipts and maintains accurate daily counts of donations.

4. Efficiently process donations following all process flows outlined by One Touch.

5. Must maintain appropriate image including proper attendant attire, supplies and equipment, and proper donor greeting procedure following Goodwill’s Guiding Principles.

6. Follow safety policies and procedures ensuring maximum safety, security, and protection of all customers and company assets.

7. Ability to sort Softline’s from Hardlines and miscellaneous items, utilizing appropriate material handling equipment and labeling.

8. Safely assist in loading and unloading of trucks and vehicles without damage to merchandise, donor vehicles or company vehicles.

9. Perform housekeeping functions that ensure that workstation, production and/or donation sire (interior and exterior) are kept neat, clean, and organized. Alert supervisor to maintenance needs and concerns.

10. Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

11. Responsible to fulfill and assist with all production functions and all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
A High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred, along with a minimum of 1-3 months related experience and/or training.
