St. Ann Health and Rehabilitation is a 50 bed facility, that has a rich history and is deeply integrated into the Milwaukee community. St. Ann is proud to be able to say that we have employees with over 23 years of dedication providing exemplary service. As an Activities Aide, you will work alongside the Activities Director to provide the best quality of life through enriching experiences meaningful activities.

This position is Part-Time with rotation weekends.

Requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• 
  Facilitate group activities

• Encourage activity involvement and chart attendance

• Assist in keeping activity supplies clean and organized

• Assist with 1 on 1 activities, transport residents to and from activities

• Assist with outings and special events and other assigned duties

Qualifications:

• 
  Diploma or GED

• Creativity

• Experience with Alzheimers/Dementia and special needs is a plus.

• Ability to self motivate

• Flexible with schedule, occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays are required.

• Professionalism

• Great customer service skills

• Passion to work with the aging population

• Great communications skills

• Able to work rotating weekends
