TITLE: Resort Activities Attendant
REPORTS TO: Resort Activities Supervisor and Guest Experience Manager
DEPARTMENT: Golf and Pool
PREFERRED AVAILABILITY: Must be available on the weekends
WAGES: $13
The Resort Activities Attendant is responsible for the guest experience's daily operations at the pool and clubhouse. The Activities Attendant is also accountable for maintaining a professional, safe, and positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner.
- Efficient with computer skills.
- Great customer service skills.
- Ensure all cash handling is done per policies and procedures.
- Cleaning clubhouse rentals such as golf carts, clubs, and range balls
- Scheduling tee times
- Cleaning and organizing the clubhouse
- Stocking merchandise, drinks, and snacks
- Maintaining the pool deck and making sure the pool area is presentable for guests
- Stocking pool towels and transporting dirty towels to laundry
- Identifying guests and resort members to ensure only these types of people are at the pool
- Running food and drink to guests and resort members
- Other duties as assigned or required, ensuring our excellent service and commitment to 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- The employee must lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and operate a motor vehicle safely (for golf cart operations only)
- Must be able to operate a computer and be proficient with basic operating systems and programs, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
