As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team.

We are looking for a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk to manage all aspects of accounts payable for our medical practice. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks and a strong attention to detail. This individual will be responsible for accurately processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining vendor relationships. Additionally, the Accounts Payable Clerk will collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain vendor files and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Communicate with vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues
• Assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounts payable processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Bill.com a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience in a medical practice or healthcare setting is a plus
