Job Summary:
Candidate should have the following minimum qualifications.
* 5 years+ accounting Demonstrated experience (preferred) as Accounting Manager* Thorough Understanding of Accounting Process from Entering Customer Purchase Order to Invoicing to monitor aging of Account Receivables
* "Proficient" in Quick Books online version
"Proficient" in all General Ledger Entry Activities
* Thorough Understanding of all Balance Sheet Activities and Income Statement Activities*
Thorough understanding in order entry process
Receiving and Entering Customer Purchase Orders
Tracking Work in Process
Collection of Documents for Shipped Goods to Customers and preparing and sending related Invoicing Issuing Purchase Orders to our vendors
Entering Bills of Lading for Received Goods and matching with Purchase Orders Issued and matching with vendor invoicing.
Thorough Understanding and Experienced in
On Going Bank Reconciliation with Checking Account
Entering Related Data for Bill Paying/Accounts Payable and Performing Check Runs
Closing out and Preparing Monthly Financial Statements
Income Statements
Balance Sheet
Aging of Account Receivables
Aging of Account Payables
BI Weekly Payroll for 3-5 employees at this point. (Eventually moving toward a payroll service)
