Job Description
P4K is a youth mentoring organization that is committed to helping youth in our community build and maintain foundations for success. Through our partnership with Omaha Public Schools and several area colleges and universities we teach kids and young adults that through goal setting, education and the right resources there is no limit to what they can achieve. We don’t stop there either! P4K is constantly expanding our relationships with area businesses to provide our students access to career exploration, internships, and even job opportunities. Member Duties : This position will focus on forming trusting relationships with students in order to get them connected to the resources they need to be successful. They will focus on individual outreach to families of specific students, identified using our internal database. These students will be selected based on their attendance and academic data. Additionally, the Community Resource Specialist will actively look to connect with new community resource partners in order to most effectively assist the students and families in our program.
