Job Description
P4K is a youth mentoring organization that is committed to helping youth in our community build and maintain foundations for success. Through our partnership with Omaha Public Schools and several area colleges and universities we teach kids and young adults that through goal setting, education and the right resources there is no limit to what they can achieve. We don’t stop there either! P4K is constantly expanding our relationships with area businesses to provide our students access to career exploration, internships, and even job opportunities. Member Duties : At both the high school and middle school level, this position will focus on forming trusting relationships with students to get them connected to the resources they need to be successful. Navigators will do so by attending Middle and High School meetings and events, conducting Resource Need Assessments, and creating Academic Success Plans as necessary. The Navigator will then reach out to the point of contact within the community or P4K to follow through with assisting the student.
