Job Description

Job Overview: 10-15 hours/wk.

Venue Assistant:

Part time person desired: to pick up mixers and alcohol on Thursdays, place linens in venue, walkthrough the venue on Mondays do alcohol inventory, batch cocktails, manage inventory, and provide oversight of some minor office responsibilities like charging cameras, iPads, and sending videos of the venue ea. week. (Venue tours if possible @ $10/venue tour)

Paid training provided.

Duties:

- Assist with organizing and coordinating events and activities

- Flexible in-person position with exception of Monday mornings- venue walkthrough and inventory and Thursday (anytime) alcohol and mixer pickup/dropoff.

- Assist with conflict management and resolution

- Support the team in various administrative tasks

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:

- Cash handling experience

- Excellent guest services skills

- Conflict management abilities

- Hospitality mindset

- Events management knowledge

- Food service experience (preferred)
