Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, service requests and scheduling.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding services.
- Assist customers in resolving issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Communicate effectively
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Flexibility to answer phone calls between 8-5 Monday-Friday
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.46 - $18.19 per hour
